Previously I worked in Traveloka from November 2016 until October 2021, as User Interface Designer. I’ve worked on more than 70 projects (I guess? I’m not counting tbh), mostly on Accommodation Demand Customer Facing Products, but also get my feet wet in Accommodation Partner Facing Products, known as TERA.
Now I lead a design team in Kargo Technologies, overseeing two verticals that mostly deal with operations-team internal product, solving operations team problems, to increase work efficiency, reducing manual work, and making life easier for their day-to-day work.
I collaborated with different teams and business units, worked on various project scope and requirements, involved in user research, conducted brainstorming, facilitated discussions, worked to find optimal solutions, chucking many cups of coffee, and trying new things to learn to make things better.
